Nine years ago I did not get "The Promotion" at the photography job I worked so hard at. I had operated in the trainer role for months, going above and beyond my regular photography job. I had two formal interviews for the position.... but I did not get the job. Did this stop me? No!

Have you seen the video of the amazing 17 year old woman who just qualified for the Olympics games in speed skating? Her name is Maame Biney and she is amazing!! (See her awesomeness).
The reporter kept saying at the end "untapped talent" and it drove me to tears. Just imagine how much "untapped" potential is out there.
